What We Look For

We vet every pro. That's the point.

  • ✓ Valid CSLB contractor's license (or equivalent for unlicensed trades like handyman)
  • ✓ Proof of insurance or carrier name we can verify
  • ✓ Two customer references we can call
  • ✓ Service area in the Bay Area (SF, Oakland, Berkeley, Marin, Peninsula, or South Bay)
  • ✓ Ability to respond to leads within the hour
  • ✓ At least 2 years in business
